Ben Picone and Dylan Lynch combined to pitch a one hit shutout to lead last year’s champion Flood Ford past the Avengers of East Greenwich, 4-0. The duo stuck out 13 batters in their seven innings of work.
Catcher Cam Daley had a key two-run single for Flood.
